Mistelle Wine Bar
Creating a contemporary, European inspired hospitality venue.
Our project was the creation and design collaboration of a wine bar and restaurant with a distinctly European ambience, in Sydney’s Double Bay.
The client was seeking a polished finish with a decadence and richness reminiscent of a European bistro. Priority was given to the sumptuous materials and meticulous details of the joinery and furniture, with a simple but elegant finish.
The project entailed managing the fit out during the construction of the base building, the retail tenancy and full approvals process within a very rigid timeframe.
