Wollstonecraft

The subdivision of a long held family property and creation of a new family home.

Our clients approached us with a storey of a twenty year battle with a lower north shore council, to have their long held family property subdivided.

Our response to their question “can you do it?” was yes. So we began the task of addressing and dismantling all of the hurdles we identified that had, for so long, stood in the way of the realisation of the full value of our clients land.

Challenges included legality of the access to the site, restricted vehicle manoeuvring space, right of way, easements, flooding, multiple neighbouring properties and the resulting size of the land that was actually available to build upon.

We successfully achieved approval to subdivide the property and build their new home, all within the timeframe we predicted.
